Dr. Anil Agarwal is an author, entrepreneur and humanitarian with more than 30 years’ experience in private practice and 22 years as a lecturer at Northwestern University. He is a fellow and diplomat of numerous professional bodies as well as the creator of two, multi-million dollar, private practices.
The principal of Win Practice Solutions, a purpose-based dental management consultancy, he has lectured nationally and internationally and authored three books. Active in community service, Dr. Agarwal serves dozens of community development programs in Illinois, having served several government appointed boards, including President Clinton’s Inauguration Arrangement and Invitation Team.
The Agarwal Family Clinic he treats 2,000 patients a year. A father of three, he lives with his wife, Sashi, in Orland Park, Illinois.

Mark Meyerdirk has been a practicing attorney for over 29 years in corporate law and finance, including specialization in licensing, franchising, real estate, international banking, mergers and acquisitions, title insurance and life settlement securitization. He has legal experience in corporate acquisitions, creation of private placement memorandums and securities registrations, entrepreneurial start-up business development, and the development of franchise business concepts. He also has business consulting experience in complex contract negotiations, business plans and financial. He holds a Series 7 Registered Representative license from the NASD and is associated with IRR Capital Markets, Inc. a registered Broker/Dealer.
In his role at IRR C&P, Mr. Meyerdirk has acted as General Counsel for legal activities related to the group. Prior to joining IRR C&P, Mr. Meyerdirk was President of LifeSuccess Ventures from 1995-2001 in Kansas City, Missouri, a consultant in financial services, international banking, franchising, public seminars and the real estate industry. Mr. Meyerdirk earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado-Boulder, and his Juris Doctorate from Washburn University School of Law. He is a member of the Kansas Bar and various professional associations.
